1st Attentive Services provides non-medical assisted living support including personal care, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation assistance, 24-hour staffing, and wellness coordination.
Yes. Care plans are personalized around each resident’s schedule, needs, preferences, and level of support required. We work closely with residents and families to ensure the plan truly reflects individual goals and daily routines.
Yes. Caregivers are trained to support residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, mobility challenges, and other specialized needs while focusing on safety, dignity, and comfort. We create tailored approaches for each individual’s condition.
Yes. Our staff provides certified medication assistance and reminders to ensure residents receive the right medications at the right time. We coordinate with healthcare providers and family members to maintain accurate medication records.

Getting Started

In many cases, services can begin within 24 to 48 hours after the initial consultation, depending on the care plan and placement needs. We work efficiently to ensure a smooth transition for residents and families.
The process begins with a free consultation to discuss care needs, preferences, and goals. From there, we create a personalized care plan, match the resident with an appropriate caregiver, and begin services. We guide families through every step of the process.
Absolutely. We encourage family involvement and maintain open communication with family members. Families are welcome to participate in care plan reviews, visit residents, and stay informed about their loved one’s well-being.

We currently operate four residential homes across Brooklyn Park and Minneapolis: Vincent House, Thomas House, Pearson House, and Edgewood House. Together, these homes offer 18 rooms across the four locations.
